Adjustment Period
Pinnacle Studios provides complimentary fixes for minor issues within the first 14 days following installation. This exclusive service covers defects in the product or work performed by our stylists. It does not extend to damages caused by the user. Our aim is to address concerns related to the quality of our stylists’ expertise or the extensions themselves, ensuring your satisfaction with our service.
Beyond the
Adjustment Period
After the 14-day adjustment period, any fixes or adjustments to your weft extensions will incur a service fee. The fee will be determined based on the nature and extent of the service required.

Limitation
It is important to note that beyond the 2-week adjustment period, Pinnacle Studios cannot be held responsible for any damages or issues that may occur with your weft extensions. The longevity and condition of weft extensions depend significantly on lifestyle choices and how the extensions are handled and maintained by the wearer.
