Post-Installation Adjustment Period:
Pinnacle Studios provides complimentary fixes for minor issues within the first 14 Days following installation, exclusively covering defects in the product or our stylist’s work. This service does not extend to damages caused by the user. This is aimed at addressing concerns directly related to the quality of our stylists’ expertise or the extensions themselves, ensuring your satisfaction with our service.

Beyond the Adjustment Period:
After the 14-Day adjustment period, should you require any fixes or adjustments to your weft extensions, a service fee will be applied. This fee will be determined based on the nature and extent of the service required.

Liability Limitation:
It is important to note that beyond the 2-week period, Pinnacle Studios cannot be held responsible for any damages or issues that may occur with your weft extensions. The longevity and condition of weft extensions can be significantly impacted by lifestyle choices and how the extensions are handled and maintained by the wearer.
